Error installing plugins

Hi,

I just installed the BeTheme, and while trying to install the required plugins (Layer Slider, Slider Revolution, Visual Composer)

I'm having these message errors: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

What should I do?

By the way, the same error occurs when I try to update the BeTheme to version 20.6.4

Hi,

There might be few different reasons, why you get this error and this has nothing to with the BeTheme itself. Below, we list some most probable causes:

- your server might not support uploading different files than a .zip format
- there is not enough space on the disc of your server
- there is not enough memory on the server side, and only your admin/hosting provider will be able to check this in logs

In both cases, you need to contact your admin/hosting provider. Just in case, we include few links below that may help you as well:

What is the format of these plugins? Are they .rar files? What do you mean by "your sever might not support uploading different files than a .zip format"?

My server have enough space and memory.

By the way ALL your links are from four years ago. Are they still true for the latest version of Wordpress?

is it possible to upload manually these plugin files to my server? Where can I download them?

Sorry but since version 20.0 we are not adding plugins to the theme package.
