hello, we are using Diet demo from this theme we have purchased : http://preview.themeforest.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/7758048?_ga=2.244551104.458376820.1509013426-153052793.1509013426

This is the demo theme we have installed: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/diet/

And there is a section in the demo called as "The most popular recipes" which shows posts here so I can't able to find out from where I should edit those 4 liner text on each blocks. Please advice.

Hi,
this is the excerpt, please edit the field. TO do this, edit the page and find the excerpt field on the bottom of the page, if you do not see it, you will need to enable this in the screen options (top right corner of the page edit)
