Under Construction page not working

Good morning;

Finally the website is ready to launch but when turning on the "Under Construction" page to show the count down it comes back blank white. I tried designing a custom one and selecting it to show instead of the default one, but still not working.

Please let me fix it.

Thanks for the help it was a 3rd party pluging that was preventing the page to show.
