PDF not opening in new tab when link is clicked

Hi,

I have inserted the following code:

<a href="http://ams-showcase.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/GuisboroughManor.pdf" target="_blank">GuisboroughManor</a>

Also, I have used icon boxes and have enabled link_target blank. Nothing seems to work as the PDF keeps on opening in the same window.

The pdf opens, http://prntscr.com/h4q2du but now in a new tab.

Could you please try to disable all plugins first, then go to this item and make sure that the target _blank is selected and save?
