Submenu not drop down when hover on the main menu?

I am using the creative: always open layout and have submenu but when i hover my mouse on the main menu there is no dropdown menu to show the submenu under each main menu. instead there is a plus/minus expand menu to click and expand the dropdown. is there option setting to auto show dropdown upon hover mouse over the menu?

sorry but we do not have such option, it would not work on mobile devices.
