how can I do that?

I just found a custome css that centered the title-text of the footer...

Okay. What solution do you recommend me with the theme itlself then? I just want to have 3 social icons (FB, Insta and Twitter) centered in the footer-area.

Just insert our social icon as links in one footer widget,
http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/typography/#iconbar

To center it in the footer, do this:
1. add a html widget and insert the icons with links.
2. Wrap everything in this div <div style="text-align:center;">Insert content here</div>

Thanks. This style unfortunately doesnt match with the rest of my site. What would be the shortcode to use my own pictures (of the Logos) with a greyscale-hover effect? the pictures should be alligned horizontally.

You will not be able to do this in the footer. You can ofcourse your our img shortcode to insert photos.

yes, I've done it with the img shortcode, works fine so far. the only thing is, how can I get the allignemend horizontally with 3 different pictures?

Not so easy to do. If you want a simple sollution we suggest making those 3 pictures in 1 and placing it in the middle.
You can always use HTML to implement those 3 images into the HTML widget and then center it using the <div> form before

Sorry but shortcodes that set padding do not exist. Shortcodes are simple strings of text that tell your theme or plugins what to load in its place.

okay. well i dont understand the technique then. so what would be the shortcode (or whatever) to make a bigger space on top and bottom of my widget (above and below my "Iconbar")?
