Content Items Disappearing (Repost)

Hello - 

I'm not sure what happened to my previous post (?) regarding the disappearing content items (built w/Muffin Builder) but I've tried to disable as many non-essential plugins as possible, which was my recommended action item.  However, the items are still disappearing (?) the animation portion still kicks off but then disappears. So I was wondering what my next troubleshooting step was (or if a theme developer could help me?) Appreciate it, thanks so very much.

Hi,
please update the theme to the newest version. Your theme is very outdated.

The theme is shown as up-to-date. That was one of the first things I did a while ago.

There are no other required updates, aside from a theme that is not activated.

Is there any other debugging issues that your staff can look into with the given link? I was told to disable non-essential plugins and now to update a theme(that was already updated).

So I've found out on my own that disabling the animation feature completely is a workaround to get the items to reappear. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem, Fade In animation works but "zoom in" doesn't, actually the animation works but when it ends the content disappears 

I have Be 20.7.3 installed

hi, this could be because some of the plugins is interfering with it. Try to disable all plugins and check if it helped.
