Cannot get rid of Be theme favicon

I have uploaded my own favicon in the muffin builder under customise > site identity > site icon but the Be Theme favicon pops up if I refresh the screen.

My own custom made favicon only works if I click on a link and it loads a page.

Go to Theme Options > General > scroll to bottom and upload favicon (36px x 36px). Hit save, job done!

please set this in theme options>global>general
Upload  a favicon there, you will have to upload a .ico file
