Layout ID

Hi!
I do not understand how to use my own layout for blog articles.
There is an option to put a 'Layout ID' for single articles, but i do not have any Layout IDs and do not find anything to generate them...
Can you give me any advice?

please update the theme to the newest version, you will see the layout ID then,
