Contact form in Revolution Slider

Hi. Is there any way to get nice contact form e.g. in the field of revolution slider? Thank you incus3

Hi,
we do not advise to do this and we cannot assure that this will work correctly but you can do this.
Create a text element and paste the contact form shortcode inside. It should render a form.
