Saving Changes Issues

Since the latest updates between 5.4.2 and 5.4.4 i've run into an issue saving content when in the Text Block Setting window. Nothing happens when I click 'Save Changes' all other options work like the 'Close' button or the X to close the window but of course no changes are saved. From what i've seen it only happens on one particular page but across multiple website running the same configuration of plugins. If I switch to classic mode and update the same it's fine. Anyone else have this issue?

it the theme version up to date? Please try to disable all plugins and check again.

The site has the latest version of the theme and I tried disabling all other plugins but it's still doing it.
