Woocommerce Product Image Display

PLEASE HELP !! 

I am trying to sell my images online using the standard woocommerce and betheme settings (havent changed anything).... I am creating a simple downloadable product. I set the featured image, and it comes up fine on the shop page. But when you click onto the product and go to the individual product page, the thumbnail is previewed but when you try and click the magnifying glass to show the full image, the PrettyPhoto modal pops up but remains black with the only the close and enlarge button on the screen in the corner. So it is clear the modal is working, but why is there no image ? Cannot find any issues when I inspect...
