menu load time

speed of our site is good, but the menu is loaded after all and sometimes it's not loaded at all.

please help me about how i can fix it and speedup g-ads.org

Hi,
this is a common issue. Please disable all cache plugins and make sure there is no cache on the server. After that please remove your browser cache.
When you update or modify the website please make sure to disable cache plugins.
