The rev slider does not import the demo

Hi can I somehow download the demo sliders since when I install the demo the slider does not get imported even I have chosen to import it at the import pop up?
So where can I download the demo sliders for the demos?
Thanks
V.

  • Hi,
From the version 20, we have introduced a new way of installing sliders. Now, when you install a pre-built website, the slider is imported automatically. You can also import them without installing the pre-built website.
Here is a screenshot for better understanding:

If you do not see this option, please make sure that revolution slider is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or more.

  • Hi,

I'm having a similar issue. I have installed a pre-build website, and on the live preview, it shows the following error "Slider with alias "name" does not exist"

I went back to installing the pre-built website, and this time I only chose "revolution slider demo" under select data only, just like the screenshot attached in your response, and still no slider is found.

I have the latest version 20.7.6.1. And when I go directly to the revolution slider section, there is no demo there.

Also, in my download, in the slider revolution demo folder, the zip files in there have different names than then name of the theme I've installed. Like "classicslider" and "preset".

    How do I fix this?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
