Strange behavior of logo on tablets

Hello

Here's my problem: despite that logo is aligned to middle with important, it moves to the bottom of navbar, but only on tablet-size displays.

I've been trying to solve this by editing of bunch of CSS files, even core theme styles, but it only resulted in breaking logo alignment on bigger/smaller displays. I've tried  to use media queries, but it also didn't help.

This seems to be easy problem to resolve, but I thinkg something is owerwriting styles after I apply my ones. So I need your help.
