Converting to a one-page website menu

Hello,

I am using the pre-built website Agency. I want the menu in the homepage to act similarly to a one-page website menu. I added IDs to every Wrap and in the menu I added Custom Link items. The URL I used was www.mydomain.com/#WrapID and it worked. Every click takes me to where it points but I have two problems: 

1- All the links in my menu appear to be highlighted  

2- I don't have the sliding effect. The website just jumps to the section and I would really like to have a sliding to the section effect.

What can I do?

Hi,
please first edit this page and in the page options set the 'one-page' option to ON, this should fix it.
