CHANGE LICENSE TO MY NEW SITE

I have installed my license on one of my domain and I wanted to change it to a new domain as im not using it anymore on my old one. I have removed wordpressas well on old one. But when i try to use it on new one, it saying me to remove the license from old one. Sorry if im just confused you. Please help. thanks in advance.
