Menu and Footer missing
I have a problem with my desktop displaying the menu and footer. Im not sure if its a responsive problem. about a 3rd of the pages dont display the menu at the top or the footer at the bottom. The rest of the pages dont seem to have this problem. The ones with the problem are missing both not just one. Resolution of my desktop is 1920 x 1080. Website is IntegrativeWingChunPhoenix.com

please disable cache plugins and remove browser cache. The page is working fine, we checked all subpages and the menu and footer are there.
