Background Video Problem

Hey there. When I add background video, it seems to be offsetting it to the right of the screen. Could use some guidance on this issue.

okay but the video has these offsets on left and right

I re-exported the video. I don't see letterboxing now. Same URL, video is here: http://www.delatorrelaw.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/dlt_3.mp4 - How would I get it to fill in vertical space? Just add more content in the area?
