Change the size of the menu

Hello,

I want to change the size of the menu. I can not find the option. The id = "Top_bar" is at 90px. 

I would like to be able to reduce it. How can I do ?

Hi,
go to theme options>global>logo and change the height and vertical padding of the logo, this is the only way to change the height.
