Error installing plugin and updates

Hi,
I know the subject has been around a while but I can't find any answer to it. I look at my phpinfo and I don't see what would cause the issue. I can install plugins, update them BUT I can't install betheme updates or betheme plugins. I have wp file system and ziparchive enabled...Do you know what other issues could cause that and why just for betheme and not other plugins?

    Let me correct that. I could install contact form 7 or duplicate post but not layer slider, revolution slider or visual composer. I do have licenses for VC and revslider so I could install them directly but not from betheme...if that makes any difference. I guess I'll have to manually update but if you have any clue I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
