Section disappears and pulled apart when saved on homepage

Dear Muffingroup,

I am using BeTheme (child-theme) for several websites, but the homepage falls as soon I duplicate a section and save the page on this website: www.residencepapenhoef.kraakmakend.nl

There is also another problem: A section with a wrap and two columns are pulled apart while saving the page. It ends up in 2 different sections, with each a wrap and one column. I can't solve this by dragging the column back to it's right place. See this image [Links visible only for registered users]

I tried different browsers and different computers, but everywhere the same result.

Kind Regards,
Irne

  • Hi,

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit [Links visible only for registered users].

  • Hi,

    Thank you for the response.

I've found the issue: the PHP Max Input Vars was set on 1000 instead of a minimum of 5000. I increased this to 5000 and the issues are solved.

    Thanks!
