i want a two menu page Please any solution?

i want a two menu page http://neranxi.aen.al 

and i have done the following actions: 

" You will have to have the action bar enabled in theme options>menu&action bar>action bar.
Create your menu and go to appaerance>menu>manage locations, there replace the 'social menu top' with your custom menu. "

works well on desktop, but its not showing on mobile

Go to theme options>responsive>header and check if you haven't enabled the minimalist header option for the mobile header.

Hello,  i have Minimalist On. should it be on or off. it doesn't working on both configurations http://prntscr.com/hz7w4y   i have Classic style menu

ufff im so dum    i found it but it was selected so i disable it and now it works. thanks
