Changing color for action button in header and predefined link

How can I change the background of the action button in the header to white and the text to black? And how can I change the color of

the icon and text to white?

The customer wanted the website to show an under construction page so to see the example go to https://zoiezo.nl/SourceCare_Home_1.png

Hi,
all of the colors can be set in theme options>colors. The action button color is the default theme color in theme options>colors>content.
