How can i make one image the background

How can I make one image the full body background like one behind all of the elements because I am trying to go for an underwater look on jmpools.net but I'm having to photoshop and as you will be able to tell I'm not the best.

Hi,
to set the background for the body of your website please go to theme options>global>general.
You can also play around with transparency options.

but when i put it in the body it only shows in the first element and behind the rev slider before it loads how can i make it go behind everything?

Like we said, you have to turn on content transparency for you to see the background.
You will find it in theme options>global>general
