Multiple images sizes being uploaded

Hi,

I have a child theme and want to remove the additional image sizes when an image is being uploaded but I do not want to touch the parent theme. What do I put in my child theme functions for this to be stopped?

    Hi,
    sorry but we do not offer such customization. Those imags are important in wordpress and should be available. This is a standard wordpress function.

    Yes I know there are images that the WP core does make automatically, but also your theme produces 10+ different sizes as well. I want to stop your theme from doing that because my database is getting heavy from all the different sizes it produces. Please advise.

    Sorry but this is not possible. You would have to modify all of the theme shortcodes and functions.
    Database is not getting heavy, do not worry.
