URGENT - menu and certain functions do not load correctly

Hi Guys, 

Ive noticed the most times when I load up my site, it eiterh loads up with a blank section where the slider should be without the menu  or its loads up without the images in the right place or sections in the right place 
This is Urgent as the site is live now and needs to be resolved, could this be a cacheing issue, thanks in advance

Could you check what's going on and how to solve this? Thanks

HI,
this must haven been browser cache because we see the website correctly. Please purge cache first. If the problem persists on your side, please make screenshots.

Hi, doesn't seem to be browser cache, iv cleared my cache and this is happening on multiple browsers on every PC that tries to view the site. Thanks

And then when trying to load the Hompage It does not load any of the images or Sliders

Hi, Iv Found that it works if you refresh the page again after its loaded the broken images, any luck form your Side?

The page loads fine each time, but this could be caused by plugins. Pleae disable all of them and test again.
