Action Bar Color on Mobile

Would there be anything causing the action bar on Mobile to take on the color of the nav bar but on desktop its the correct color?

Basically on mobile the action bar is not the color as on desktop. Just seeing if I am missing a setting or something

This is how we did it so the background color of action bar is not visible on mobile. If you want to get this color on mobile, then please send us url to page where you want to do this.

I have tan action bar here but mobile it showing the blue nav i have so would like the tan on the mobile also.. thank you
