White background for main menu

Hello!

I am using the BeParallax theme with a regular top menu but with a dark picture as the first screen. Is it possible to activate a white background for the menu bar right from the start? (When i scroll down, the menu changes to the smaller version with a white background but I'd like it to start with a white background on the first screen already.)

    The menu starts with a transparent background is what I forgot to mention earlier.
