Background Menu Color Change

I would like to change the color of the menu, The action bar background is a clean black, as the Menu Black has a hint of brown in it. How do I change it..

you will be able to change this color in theme options>colors>header.

Thank you for the response but I already changed those and didn't change the brownish in the Menu. Almost looks like a low opacity photo in it.
