Cant change colours of Footer

Hi Team,

Can anyone tell me how to change the background colour of the footer. For some reason mine is a grey colour and no matter what I change the settings to nothing changes on the site.

HI,
please disable all plugins and purge browser cache.
Then go to theme options>colors>footer and change the colors there.
