blank space after footer

I find blank space after footer section - only in chrome browser. 

It show only on this page with tabs:

And only when click on tab nr. 3, and then nr. 5.

There is problem with height in this code:

<div style="position: absolute;z-index: -10000;top: 0px;left: 0px;right: 0px;height: 3000px;"></div>

how disable this height property?

this is a browser issue, it is only available when you are logged in, not logged users do nto see this gap.
