Password protected page problem

I've created a password protected page but the page header doesn't display causing the text box to sit behind the logo, making it very hard to enter the password. www.lucyliannephotography.co.uk/demo-gallery

How to make the password box accessible?

Hi,

with your current options everything is fine and it is not a bug. You have transparent header and also you turned on "Header | Minimalist" option. If you will turn this option off, all will be fine.

I am having this same issue even though I've switched the Header | Minimalist option to Default Off. The header is still blocking the input field. Screenshots attached. I will PM the website address.

I'd like for the login to be a little further down the page and have some padding on the left.

You have no content padding. Please go to theme options>global>advanced and enable content padding.

Hey Muffin Support,

There is no option for content padding under General, but there is under Advanced? Is this the correct area? 

If it is I don't think this is my issue. Content | Remove Padding was already set to off. Turning it off and on doesn't have any effect on this page at all.

sorry my bad. It is under advanced. You can also edit each page and in the page options enable/disable content padding, try that.

That isn't changing anything either. What's interesting though is that this is only happening on Pages, not on Portfolio items (see image below, Portfolio is on the left and Page is on the right). Any other ideas about what could be causing this?
