Cannot register theme because it says its registered elsewhere

I am trying to register the BeTheme but when I enter the Register Code it says that I need to deregister it from another URL - When I login to that URL, there are no BeTheme folders there. The URL has another theme registered, not BeTheme. How can I register this theme and bypass this message?
