Textured background - How do I?

How do I set a background for a theme like this demo?


After my header and main image, I would like the rest of the front page to have a textured background but I cannot find the setting in the theme options

Any help would be appreciated

    HI,
    go to theme options>global>general and set the background image.
    Then scroll down and set the content to transparent.

    Thank you so much! I know I tried that before and it didnt work, but after you said it worked! #Magic

    One of the problems I still have is im  trying to set the divider to be transparent.
    I chose a darker background

    What do I do for the divider area? how can i change those colors to be transparent ? or at least to reduce the size?
