Updating theme

Error message: "Update Failed: The package could not be installed."

I currently have version 20.8.2 installed.

I originally registered the theme using the dev URL of http://hands-on-healing.flywheelsites.com (which redirects to primary domain).

Currently, the primary domain is https://handsonhealingal.com/.

I saw the explanation of possible issues and how to register/de-register, linked here:

I have NOT taken these steps yet, because I have been updating the theme using Primary domain without a problem up until version 20.8.4.1.

Just want to be sure this is the problem BEFORE I register/de-register. Thanks!

Hi,
the best way to know is to actually deregister and register again. it will not impact your website or content in any way, it is safe. If this does not help please send a message.
