Blog Archive monthly
Hi,
I'm using the [blog...] shortcode on a page to show the lates 10 blog posts. There is a sidebar with the Archive widget which shows the months where blog posts exist.
When I click on a month on the sidebar, the most recent blog post are still on top of the page. The blog posts of the month I clicked (e.g. July 2017) appear at the bottom of the page under the 10 most recents blog posts and under the pager.
I'm quit shure that this was not the original behaviour. When somebody clicks on a month, only the blog posts of that month should be visible.

if you want to make a blog page you should not use any items or add any content into the blog page.
You should declare it in settings>reading as the main posts page.
