Megamenu problem, can't access submenu

Hello,

When i try megamenu and add a secondary menu, the main menu doesn't work correctly. The problem is you can't access submenu, because when you want focus a submenu link, the submenu disappear. How can i fix this?

And another question, is there posible to put the logo in left and not in center? Same split menu, just the logo in left.

I'm look this order: Logo - Menu - Blank Space - Secondary menu
