Language file Ru_ru.po not work and theme has not russian language.
Look: I have words Filter by-Categories-Tags-Authors in russian site: http://sankursochi.ru/novosti/
There is right settings in the wp-login.php: define ('WPLANG', 'ru_RU')

please go to theme options>translate.
