Slow Down Scroll Speed

Hey there!

I'm working on the site hilariwilliams.com. 

When you scroll, it goes SO FAST and takes you way farther up/ down than is normal. 

Is there a way I can slow down the scroll speed?

you can try to change the scroll plugin only.
Theme options>addons&plugins>addons.
