FAQ Not Displaying

I have Betheme installed on wordpress but my FAQ are not displaying on the pages? I have 2 different sets of FAQ, each on their own individual page, but all that displays on both is a white block? Any ideas why this is happening?

Just make a dummy account with no privilages so we can see the page, then you can remove it.
