Unable to edit Revolution Slider
We're unable to make any edits to the Slider content (for example changing background image and creating a new slider) the edit image tab for the selection doesn't appear... Some of the background images are linked to an external source but I'm unable to even edit that...
P.S. We are using an older version of BeTheme - we tried uploading the new theme but all the CSS and HTML customizations were broken. The new version upload seemed to fix the slider issues... but because the website was broken we had to revert back to the original theme.
Is there any other way to fix this issue- is there a way to just do an update of the theme instead of re-uploading a new one?

if your version of the theme is older than 20.0 then you will need to remove it from the theme folder and upload a new version via FTP.
It is best to first remove the theme, update to the newest version and disable all plugins besides RS.
After you have the newest version of the theme you can update it normally in your wordpress.
