need to remove a license

Somehow I end up with 2 licenses that are pointing to the same url, but the site only using one of them.

I was trying to derejester the inactive one but it wouldn't let me.

What can I do???

I saw that option and also the deregister tool, but like I was saying, the two licenses pointing to one/the same URL.
If I go to the dashboard, only one is used.
How can I deregester the other one?
I can give you the license number, if you can do it from your end.
Please, let me know what else can I do.
