I can not see the theme options

Hi, I'm having trouble seeing the betheme theme options. In another post I saw that they requested the information of the phpinfo, you can see the phpinfo of my site here:

Hi,
it does not look like it is a sever issue.
Most likely those are plugins. Please disable all of them and check again.

We checked your wordpress admin area and it seems there are some issues with the current betheme instalation. Please go to your FTP and remove the whole theme folder. Then download the theme from themeforest and install it. It is important that you remove the theme folder completly and that you download the theme again.

The problems are still presented despite the fact that I deleted the theme folder. I installed it from ftp and from the same wordpress and I still have the same problems, even now Google has blocked my domain again as if it were a virus site...

This already leaves me perplexed without seeing solutions in this regard

This looks like your hosting provider is blocking our css files. Try contacting him and ask if there are any permission or limit issues regarding this installation.
