The top menu appears throughout the site except on the product page

The top menu works all over the site except on the product page, where I see a bug when I do not see the normal resolution but if I reduce or enlarge the browser I see that it does go to a mobile-optimized menu so it should be a menu but full screen i do not see the menu.

I would be very grateful for your help. 

I have been stuck on this for two days and this is the only thing that keeps me from putting the site on the air.

I spoke with the server's support and they did everything possible including deleting the cache and nothing helped.

I went through a lot of questions and answers on the site.

I deleted all the plugins, including those cleaning the cache, as well as cleaning my browser cache

please help !

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
