Move logo up

I cant find a way to move the logo up...i need it to be aligned with the menu icon.  https://www.onine.ca/

The menu icon is at the top, but the logo is lower...if i lower revolution slider the logo lowers even more.

If i take off revolution slider the logo still wont move.

Can you please help me?
