Sliding Product Gallery on Mobile

Good morning!

The selection of thumbnails on the product single page does not work on mobile. 

It works on desktop and tablet to be able to select the individual thumbnails on a Product's gallery images. On mobile the thumbnails are greyed out and unable to be selected. 

Is there a way to be able to select these on mobile like on desktop and tablet?
