Error in customized version

I had a developer (who is no longer available) customize your theme and it has an error.  I paid GoDaddy for help and this is the reply.  Can you tell me if someone can help with the customized BeTheme we have here: http://maryjaneagency.us.  Also the developer used his code and we purchased our own BeTheme to get proper support.

We are suspecting that the issue is with your theme since your server has complied with the requirements based on the screenshot - http://prntscr.com/iqxb1e. We suggest contacting the theme developers here - http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/ with regards to this issue. This way, they will be able to add the necessary fix.

Should they send you any fixes or instructions, you may send it to us and we would be happy implement it for you.
