Subheader doesn't appear

Hi, 

We have some problem with our subheader.

In fact, the subheader is set on in all the parameters but doesn't appear on our pages. 

Please help !

HI,
please edit the page and make sure that the subheader option is not turned off or that you have not disabled the subheader in theme options>header&subheader>subheader.

The subheader is already active on the betheme options. And on the page the subheader is not hide so it must appear but he doesn't
