1: Menu on MOBILE not centering. Im using this CSS, which you guys provided which has worked in the past...but its not working now.

@media only screen and (max-width: 1239px) {
#Top_bar #menu > ul {
    text-align: center !important;
}}

2: Action Bar - changed the Action Bar colors in: THEME OPTIONS > COLORS > ACTION BAR ....but it will not change on Mobile.

3: How can I center CONTACT on MOBILE ?

Please let me know how to fix these 3 issues.

Hi,
1. It works fine, it is centered on mobile and desktop http://prntscr.com/itt9ku
2. The action bar is the same on mobile and desktop. http://prntscr.com/itte3w
3. What do you mean exactly? Do you mean the footer widget? It cannot be centered since there are 2 widgets in the footer.

Thats weird because an hour ago on my phone- nothing changed... now its fine. Thanks for the quick response !

In regards to #3: I just want to center the CONTACT INFO on the FOOTER on MOBILE.

The changes did not take place probably because of the browser cache on your device. Always remember that cache likes to hold CSS.
We would need that link again so we can inspect the code and give you the custom css.
